Magnetic Delegate Conference Microphone System

The Magnetic Delegate Conference Microphone System delivers reliable audio control and intelligent video tracking for modern conference rooms, council chambers, and meeting halls. From the start, the system combines powerful performance with flexible expansion to support both small and large meetings.

A 4.3-inch TFT touch screen clearly displays system status and operating information. In addition, four HDMI inputs and one HDMI output enable real-time video tracking during meetings. As a result, cameras switch automatically to active speakers. The front panel also supports direct recording, which allows users to capture meetings with ease.

The controller uses a 250W high-power supply and supports up to 60 microphone units directly. Moreover, the system includes a hot backup function. When the main controller loses power or develops a fault, the backup unit takes over automatically or manually. Therefore, meetings continue smoothly without interruption.

The system supports flexible expansion. Users can connect up to 60 microphone units through four parallel outputs, with 20 units per channel. Furthermore, extension units increase the total capacity to as many as 255 microphone units. The controller also supports adjustable speaker activation, including 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, or full open modes.

Seven meeting modes improve meeting control and organization. These modes include Chairman Mode, First-In-First-Out, Last-In-First-Out, Limit Mode, Free Mode, Responder Mode, and Apply-to-Speak Mode. As a result, organizers can choose the most suitable discussion format.

The system provides multiple audio interfaces. It includes audio parallel outputs, a 6.3mm jack output, conference recording outputs, and background music input ports. In addition, the RS232 interface allows full system control through computer software.

Microphone Unit Features

Each microphone unit supports automatic video tracking for accurate camera switching. The speaking button includes an indicator lamp that clearly shows speech status. A short 18cm square metal microphone ensures durability and clear voice pickup.

A 2.4-inch TFT screen displays working information in real time. The unit uses a plastic microphone cover with a solid metal base for stability. Built-in dual speakers deliver clear monitoring sound.

Two 3.5mm stereo output ports support both earphone connection and external audio input. Users can adjust volume easily using dedicated control keys. In addition, the chairman unit includes priority control and can mute delegate microphones instantly.

The chairman unit works in any position within the loop. It has no quantity or function restrictions. The system uses a T-shaped connection design for simple wiring. Each unit includes a 2m microphone cable and a 2m T-shaped connection cable, which speeds up installation and improves efficiency.
