The Magnetic Conference Voting System is a professional solution designed for meetings that require voting, discussion, and automatic video tracking. It is ideal for boardrooms, council chambers, conference halls, and government meetings where reliability and control are essential.

Controller Features

The system controller integrates voting, video tracking, and discussion management in one unit. It features a 4.3-inch TFT touch screen that clearly displays system status and operating information, making control simple and intuitive.

The controller supports four HDMI inputs and one HDMI output, enabling real-time video tracking during meetings. A built-in recording function on the front panel allows sessions to be recorded easily. With a powerful 250W power supply, the controller can support up to 60 microphone units.

To ensure uninterrupted meetings, the controller includes a hot backup function. If the main controller fails or loses power, the system can switch automatically or manually to a backup controller. This ensures meetings continue smoothly. The system also supports expansion, allowing additional units to be connected.

Users can select the number of active speakers from 1 to 6 or unlimited. The controller offers seven meeting modes, including chairman mode, first-in-first-out, last-in-first-out, limit mode, free mode, responder mode, and apply-to-speak mode (available on selected models).

With four parallel outputs, each output can connect up to 20 microphone units. Using extension units, the system can expand to support up to 255 microphone units. Additional interfaces include audio parallel outputs, a 6.3mm audio jack, conference recording outputs, and background music input. An RS232 interface allows full system control through computer software.

Units connect using a T-shaped connection method and include a 2-meter connection cable, allowing fast and efficient installation.
